The principals of the Davidson Group has 45 years of combined Human Resources (HR) leadership experience as senior-level executives with large and mid-sized organizations in a variety of industries, including banking, financial services, manufacturing, non-profit agencies, construction, disaster restoration, pest management and facilities management. Companies in the Piedmont Triad and through Southeast rely on their expertise.

David Hammer, SPHR
The Davidson Group is headed by David Hammer, a senior level Human Resources professional with over 30 years of management and HR experience, including several years as a Vice President with a Fortune 500 company and 10 years of successful contract/consulting work. He is an honors graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, with both a BA and an MA, and he holds the highest certification available from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Mark Moser, MBA, SPHR, CPBA, CCP
Mark spent 14 years in various operations, sales and sales management roles before shifting his focus to Human Resources and organizational development leadership. He has over a decade of experience as the senior HR executive in two organizations, including an international brand protection company as well as a multi-division general contractor and real estate development firm.

Julie Roseland SHRM-SCP
Julie spent 14 years establishing, growing, and managing the HR function in organizations that range from venture-capital backed startups in the high-tech industry to a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 manufacturer. She has direct experience in the medical device and diagnostics fields, the clinical trials/CRO industry, state government as well as the nonprofit sector.

Over his 18+ year career, Robert has served in both Senior HR as well as Operations roles across the Hospitality, Retail, Sales and Marketing, and Real Estate Development industries. Robert's strengths lie in strategic human capital planning, employee/labor relations, training/development/succession planning, and talent acquisition/recruitment.

Drake Evans, MS, CSP, ARM, CRM, CIC
Drake’s career in safety and risk management spans from the plant floor to Corporate Director. His early experience in manufacturing (textiles, chemicals and manufactured housing) led to consulting experience in hospitality, public entities, public utilities, furniture and construction.
